Growing in steep cobble, rocky juniper woodlands, or snowberry dominated foothills. Almost exclusively on steep ground. Dainty white flowers on stiff stems over one-inch-tall mats that slowly spread. Easy to grow and an excellent addition to rocky flats, rock gardens or walls, and parking strips.
